Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were not only super clean, large, and comfortable but also had a lovely terrace with an authentic feel, making daytime relaxing and nighttime just magical. The service was simply amazing, with the staff being so kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location, although a bit far from downtown Dubai, was fantastic for relaxation, especially with the beautiful sunset views for romantic souls. The dining experience was slightly disappointing with cold food, but the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers average rooms with dim lighting and some issues like infested balconies, yet the pool area is decent. The service is exceptional and friendly, with room for more evening activities. The location presents a mix of positives and negatives, while the dining experience varies. Overall, the hotel has its highs and lows.
The hotel offers a lovely stay, ideal for young families with comfortable beds and a terrace providing desert views. However, there was an issue with the room not being made up promptly, which was slightly inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful and disappointing experiences. The Bedouin-style designed rooms with a soaking bath and rain shower were a real treat, and the solid walls ensured a peaceful stay. However, the check-in and check-out processes were quite troublesome. The location, although stunning and beautiful, lacked nearby attractions and had overpriced dining options, but the breakfast and Indian restaurant were fantastic.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms are fabulously adorned with Arabic artefacts from a bedouin lifestyle, creating a naturally cool and welcoming atmosphere. However, my room was very dark, and the service was a bit hit or miss at times.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with a terrace, but unfortunately, there is no hot water available. The service is exceptional, with helpful and kind staff. The location, though remote, is excellent and provides a bit more relaxing surroundings. The dining experience is outstanding but comes at a high price. Facilities are well-maintained with some room for improvement.
